We are pleased to announce our Annual General Meeting, coming on Thursday 25th May. We will be joined at Bergh Apton village hall by Stephen Ferrey speaking about the 5 mile network, which promises to be an enterprising talk around the exchange of green resources and skills locally. We know this is something our members are passionate about.

The group’s remit is widening, maintaining our excellent programme of walks and talks, whilst branching into climate action and even species reintroduction. There really is something for everyone, whatever your level of interest or expertise. This all comes with a disclaimer: our resources are limited to a what a very small group of people can offer. We need, and indeed expect, to welcome new members to the committee at our AGM. This is a great opportunity to make a difference to the wildlife of the valley, to get involved with the planning of events and have a say in where our funding should go. Whatever time or commitment people can offer is welcomed.
