We were fortunate to have Tim Strudwick deliver a detailed talk on identification and conservation of Bees and Wasps in Norfolk. Tim drew from his 17 years of experience recording to explain the finer details of ID of many species. Who knew we had so many on our doorstep- and perhaps more to find?

Our chair Peter spoke about our busy year, which has included a range of talks, speakers and practical tasks.

Treasurer Rodney spoke to the members  assembled about our recent family afternoon in Poringland, which he described as our most popular event ever. We hope to recreate this later in the summer in Loddon. Nest box building, games for the youngsters and advice about wildlife friendly gardening will all feature.

Coming soon- a comprehensive events list for the rest of the year. Thanks for reading.
